Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Payment Verification

Before an order can be processed, payment must be authorized by your payment provider. This typically happens within a few hours but may take up to 2 business days.

Ready-to-Ship Items

If your items are already in stock and ready to ship, orders placed:

• Monday–Thursday before 1:00 PM EST
• Friday before 12:00 PM EST

will typically ship the same business day or the following business day.

Handmade & Made-to-Order Items

Approximately 90% of our products are handcrafted after your order is placed.

Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Once your order is completed, it will undergo a final quality inspection, be carefully packaged, and a shipping label will be created before being dropped off with the carrier.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Puerto Rico.

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, package size, destination, and the shipping method you select.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed, not when the order is placed.

Need your order sooner? Expedited USPS shipping options are available during checkout for an additional cost.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout.

Rates are based on:

• Package weight and dimensions
• Shipping destination
• Selected shipping method

Shipping charges are non-refundable once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Schedule

Orders ship Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Orders placed:

• After business hours
• On weekends
• On federal holidays

will begin processing on the next business day.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

While we work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible, shipping dates cannot be guaranteed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly.

Because many of our products are handmade specifically for your order, we cannot guarantee cancellations or order changes.

If production has not begun, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Twisted Jades is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect address entered during checkout.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to resend the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your USPS tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipping label has been created.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been accepted by USPS, delivery is outside of our control.

Twisted Jades is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Weather
• Carrier delays
• Natural disasters
• Holidays
• High shipping volumes
• Other unforeseen circumstances

International Shipping

We proudly ship to many countries worldwide.

International shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

Processing Time

International orders require the same production time as domestic orders.

Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipment.

Delivery Estimates

After shipment, international orders generally arrive within:

5–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing, weather, postal services, or local delivery carriers.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Twisted Jades cannot estimate these fees and is legally required to declare the full purchase value on customs forms.

International Returns

Due to the cost and complexity of international shipping, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong product.

Refused or Undeliverable International Packages

If a package is refused, returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or returned because it was unclaimed, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customs Restrictions

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order may legally be imported into their country.

Twisted Jades is not responsible for packages delayed, confiscated, or destroyed by customs due to local laws or import restrictions.

Shipping Weight Limits

International shipments are subject to USPS weight restrictions.

If an order exceeds carrier weight limits or additional postage is required, we'll contact you before shipping. If additional shipping charges are declined, your order will be canceled and fully refunded.

Currency

All prices on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

If you're shopping internationally, your bank or credit card provider will determine the exchange rate and any applicable foreign transaction fees.
